HOW TO USE
YOUR PORTAL

There's no password. Every time you log in, we email you a magic link — just click it and you're in.

1. Go to mastercontrolmedia.com and click Login in the top navigation.
2. Enter your email address and click SEND MAGIC LINK.
3. Check your email — you'll see a sign-in link. Click it.
4. You're logged in. The link is one-time use and expires quickly, so click it right away.

1. From the site, click BOOK YOUR SHOOT on the homepage, or BOOK NOW in the navigation.
2. Fill out the form — here's what each field is:
   • Full Name — your name
   • Phone — optional, but helpful
   • Service — pick from the dropdown: Event Coverage, Wedding Media, Music Video, Photography Session, Videography, Video Editing, or Other / Not Sure Yet
   • Preferred Date — optional, pick a target date
   • Tell Us About Your Project — location, concept, references, budget — anything that helps
3. Hit CREATE ACCOUNT & SUBMIT REQUEST if this is your first time, or SUBMIT REQUEST if you're already logged in.
4. If this is your first booking, you'll be asked to check your email and click a confirmation link to verify your account.

Go to mastercontrolmedia.com/dashboard to see all your bookings and their current status.

If your booking shows Info Requested, we've left you a note and need you to update your booking details.

1. On your dashboard, click the yellow "Update your booking →" link under that booking.
2. On the next page, you'll see a box with a note from our team explaining what we need.
3. Update your phone, service type, date, or project notes as needed.
4. Click RESUBMIT REQUEST when you're done.

When your status shows Awaiting Payment, your invoice is ready.

1. Click "View Invoice →" on your booking card.
2. The invoice page shows the services, line items, and your total.
3. If there's a payment link set up, you'll see a PAY NOW → button — click that to pay online.
4. Once payment goes through, the team confirms it on their end — your status will update to Payment Confirmed once they do.

When your booking shows Complete, your photos and videos are ready.

1. On your dashboard, click "View Gallery: [shoot name] →".
2. Your gallery opens with all your photos and videos in a flowing layout.
3. Click any photo to open it full-size. Click anywhere to close it.
4. Videos appear as a ▶ VIDEO tile — clicking them opens the video in a new tab so you can watch it.
5. To download a single file, click the ↓ icon in the top-right corner of any photo or video.
6. To download everything at once, click the DOWNLOAD ALL button at the top of the gallery page.

Want to show your gallery to someone else? You can share it without them needing an account.

1. On your dashboard, click the Share → button next to your gallery link.
2. A panel opens with your unique share link already generated.
3. Click COPY to copy the link — paste it anywhere (text, DM, email, etc.). The button will say COPIED! to confirm.
4. Or type someone's email address in the box and click SEND to email them the link directly.
